Our (surprisingly intense) chapter there and a few favorite spots
So much to say, so little time to write! Guys, we have been rockin' n rollin' and movin' and groovin' this summer. I've realized that selling our house, living an adventurous month-to-month life, and trying out all that California has to offer, is actually perfectly on brand for both Clay and myself, and honestly, even Ansel (the apple doesn’t fall far as they say). That being said... it also seems like my chemicals have been recalibrated a bit since becoming a mommy — Ansel's new nickname for me — and as much as I thought this was the best idea ever, it has actually been maybe the most stressful summer of my life, nudging me into what feels almost like a mid-life crisis?? Too soon? Perhaps. But it feels like I'm in the middle of my life and am requiring different things than I ever have before. I wanted to properly fill you in on our Sonoma chapter, as well as my favorite spots there, so let’s dive in a little bit.
Hopefully I can explain this somewhat eloquently, but bear in mind I’m still fully in this, so reflecting, but also in it.
